1. Discuss the factors controlling spectral signature of a plant’s leaf in different regions. (10)

2. Explain the difference in spectral reflectance of clear water and the water rich in chlorophyll content. Identify the appropriate wavelength regions suitable for monitoring the chlorophyll content in water giving suitable examples. (10)

3. Describe the factors affecting spectral signatures of land use and land cover change giving suitable examples. (10)

4. Write short notes on the following:
